FOR ALL YOU ARMY PEOPLE OUT THERE...

As if nursing wasn't enough, ROTC continues to ask for more and more of my time. We are heading over to class early today so that I can hopefully finish cleaning my M16 from last weeks FTX. I have a paper due tomorrow about a book I haven't read, and I have a case study, a motifs paper, and a NT semester project all due on Monday, not to mention physical assessment validations (not even sure when I’m going to do that). I woke up this morning at 4:45 so that I could drive the vans to ROTC lab. Anyway, this morning was worth it. We learned how to clear a room and secure it. I guess we got pretty good at it. We were securing a 10x10 room in about 2.5 seconds, but that was without any obstacles or people inside. Today in class we are going to use Silhouette figures and paint ball guns. Should add a little bit more intensity to it.

Here are today’s quotes from ROTC...

"Anything worth killing the first time, is worth killing a second time"
"Slow is smooth, smooth is fast"

HOOAH!
